I have to apologize for the very, very long delay in replying -- I just finished a cross-country move, and life's been a bit crazy.
That said, thank you so much for commenting. I never expected this to garner any comments at all -- it was just something I had to do, after Day Four. I literally could not sleep until I'd written this, all at once and unbetaed.
The fact that my own attempt at therapy helped someone else comes to terms with CoE is really the best praise I could've hoped for.
